"Scott is literally a life saver. My daughter and I were on the way to E-town from Russell Springs (over an hour trip one way) when my low tire pressure light came on. 5 minutes later, the tire burst. We called AAA and they connected us to Scott. It didn't take him long to get to us, and he took us the rest of the way to E-town (about 20 minutes) to a tire shop (on a late Saturday afternoon when nearly everything was closing). We got a new tire on, spent some time with my mother, and headed back to Russell Springs right after dark. Surprise, surprise, my low tire pressure light came on again, and when I pulled over, the same tire was getting low. I didn't want to risk busting yet another tire, so we called AAA again, and low and behold, they connect us to Scott. He was very concerned that we were on the side of the road at night alone and immediately came to get us even though he was almost an hour away from our location. We were barely out of E-town. Scott picked us up and headed toward home, a little over an hour away. We had to make a short pit-stop because it was so late and he needed to grab his laptop from the office. He gave us cold water and soda, and we shared our girl scout cookies. Scott was such a good and calming presence, making both me and my teen daughter feel like we were in good hands. He didn't even mind my daughters little dog being in the truck with us. He got our car back in the driveway and after some kind words, he left to finally go home. By this time is was after 10pm CST. Thank you so much Scott! You are the absolute best, and I hope your wife was able to plant the daffodils! As for the tire situation- I took it to the local tire place here and they kept it overnight to check the new tire. Turns out that the tire place in E-town was doing a rush job and it was losing tire pressure because it wasn't filled enough in the first place and the air cap wasn't on well. No leaks and no rubbing, so no more flat tires."
